Oakland man missing in Yosemite National Park
YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK - Authorities from Yosemite National Park are searching for a missing 36-year-old Oakland man.
Alan Chow was last seen on February 17, 2018 at the Hetch Hetchy Entrance of the park.
Chow is described as 5'8" - 5'10", 130-150 lbs, with Black hair, Brown eyes, and black frame glasses. He was possibly carrying a blue backpack as seen in photos
Chow's co-workers called Yosemite National Park on Tuesday to say that he did not come back to work as scheduled. Park officials said Chow has a back country permit for three days in the Hetch Hetchy area.
Three ground crews began searching for Chow by foot and helicopter on Wednesday.
