Rev. Cecil Williams, Glide co-founder, dies

A man considered the heart and soul of the City of San Francisco has died. Rev. Cecil Williams, co-founder and decades-long leader of Glide Memorial Church in the Tenderloin, was an advocate for civil rights and LGBTQ+ rights preached unconditional love to the city's most vulnerable. Williams passed away at 94 on Monday.
