Based on data compiled by Credible, current mortgage refinance rates are a mixed bag compared to yesterday’s, with 30-year and 15-year rates rising while 20-year and 10-year rates hold steady.

Today’s 15-year mortgage refinance rates climbed to 2.250%, putting them even with the 10-year rates. The 15-year term had been lower than the 10-year term for the past five days. Refinance rates for a 30-year term inched upward today as well, while rates for the 20-year and 10-year terms remain unchanged for the past three days. Mortgage refinance rates continue mirroring purchase rates, which could mean that now is a good time to consider refinancing.
