1 person injured in SOMA shooting
SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. (BCN) - San Francisco police are investigating a shooting in the South of Market neighborhood Thursday evening.
The shooting was reported in the area of Fifth and Harrison streets around 9:10 p.m., according to police.
One victim was found on the corner with a gunshot wound to his leg and transported to San Francisco General Hospital with injuries that are not expected to be life threatening.
Muni buses are being rerouted around the area during the investigation, police said.
No suspect is in custody.
