OAKLAND, Calif. (KTVU and wires) -- BART officials have reopened the 12th Street Oakland City Center station Tuesday night after a medical emergency involving a person caught under a train.
The incident was first reported around 9:25 p.m., and BART officials announced the station's closure around 9:40 p.m.
