4 arrested, including 2 minors, accused of fatally shooting man

The San Jose Police Department announced the arrest of four people, including two minors, over the shooting death of a man back in September.

The San Jose Police Department announced the arrest of four people, including two minors, over the shooting death of a man back in September. 

Police arrested 19-year-olds Levi Padilla and Jasiah Eti on Dec. 11 in San Jose. They were booked into the Santa Clara County Main Jail. The two minors, whose names and ages weren't provided, were booked into the Santa Clara County Juvenile Hall. 

Officials said the quartet were involved in a shooting that occurred around midnight Sept. 27 in the area of Townsend Avenue and Park Entrance Drive. 

When police arrived, they found a man with a gunshot wound. The man died at the scene, officials said.

The shooting death marked San Jose's 24th homicide for the year.

The county coroner did not share the name of the victim and said they are waiting to confirm their identity and notify next of kin.
