Smoke from San Leandro fire seen from all across the Bay Area
SAN LEANDRO, Calif., - Many people in the Bay Area woke up to the sight of smoke on Sunday morning.
Fire officials in San Leandro said an abandoned building caught fire on 139th and Washington Ave. in San Leandro.
Smoke spewed in to the sky as crews worked to put out the 2-alarm blaze.
Officials did not say what may have started the fire.
