3.6 earthquake strikes Morgan Hill area

An earthquake was felt in the Southern Santa Clara County area Sunday morning, according to USGS.

MORGAN HILL, Calif. - An earthquake was felt in the Southern Santa Clara County area Sunday morning, according to USGS.

The light earthquake, measuring at 3.6, was reported near the Morgan Hill area — about 20 miles south of San Jose — just before 6:50 a.m.

There are currently no reports of damage.
