MILLBRAE, Calif. (KTVU) - Three people accused of killing a Millbrae father are due in court Wednesday afternoon.
Tiffany Li, her boyfriend Kavah Bayat, and their friend Olivier Adella are accused of killing Keith Green.
Li and Green have two children together.
He was last seen at the Millbrae Pancake House on April 28th where he met Li.
His body was found on May 11th, off Highway 101 in Sonoma County.
All three of the suspects are expected to enter a plea Wednesday.
They're being held without bail.
