ALBANY, Calif. - The California Highway Patrol found a previously missing senior.
The CHP issued a Silver Alert on Friday night for Donna Siu-Espino, who was a missing, at-risk senior woman from Alameda County.
The CHP found Siu-Espino around 12:00 p.m. Saturday.
