BART this morning is experiencing 20-minute residual delays system-wide due to an earlier disabled train at the Lake Merritt Station in Oakland.
The train had stalled on the tracks, but the tracks have been cleared.
BART confirms the train, which was disabled at Lake Merritt Friday morning, was a new four car train that had just finished overnight testing.
The incident was first reported before 5 a.m.
