BottleRock 2025 lineup is out. Bay Area's Green Day among headliners

NAPA, Calif. - The lineup for this year’s BottleRock festival in Napa was released on Monday with a long-beloved Bay Area band playing for the first time at the renowned three-day music event.
Grammy award-winning rock band Green Day is set to be among the headliners at BottleRock on May 23-25 at the Napa Valley Expo.
Green Day, which hails from the East Bay community of Rodeo, will headline alongside "Can't Stop the Feeling" star Justin Timberlake and folk-pop artist Noah Kahan.
Some other notable performers on the bill include hip-hop superstars Ice Cube, Public Enemy, and Flo Rida, as well as psychedelic rock bands Sublime and Cage the Elephant.
They’ll join more than 70 other performers at the Napa Valley Expo for the music and culinary experience.
Local perspective:
The Bay Area will be well-represented on the six musical stages.
The lineup features other local stars, including Vallejo’s E-40, Palo Alto’s Remi Wolf, and San Francisco native Mix Master Mic.
The rock band 4 Non Blondes, which launched out of San Francisco in 1989 will take the stage for their first big act in decades.
"Aside from a benefit concert a while back, this will be their first performance in about 30 years," festival officials told KTVU.
The event will also include seven other acts from the Bay Area: Spritual Cramp, Weekend Youth, Oke Junior, DJ Umami, Slippery People, The Silverado Pickups, and Napa Valley Youth Symphony, according to officials.
The backstory:
The long-running festival began in 2013.
May's show will mark BottleRock’s 12th year. The 2020 festival was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
It's being advertised as "The First Taste of Summer," as the popular festival also offers music lovers the Napa Valley experience, with top food, wine and brew offerings, featuring a special culinary stage with celebrity and chef performances.

General admission tickets go on sale on Tuesday, ranging from $233 for a single day pass to $456 for a three-day ticket.
Three-day tickets for VIP, Skydeck and Platinum status have already sold out.
The price for a 1-day VIP pass is $598.
