Burglary suspect barricaded in San Jose home taken into custody
SAN JOSE, Calif. (KTVU) - San Jose Police Department took a burglary suspect who barricaded himself in his residence into custody on Friday.
According to police, they responded to a burglary in progress at the 3000 block of Franela Drive, Friday afternoon.
Officers arrived at 1:19 p.m. where they saw the suspect fleeing in a vehicle.
Police went to the suspect's residence in the 5500 block of Harvard Drive in San Jose, where he barricaded inside the home and refused to come out.
The suspect will be booked into the Santa Clara County Jail for burglary.
