Car fire slows traffic on Bay Bridge near San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO - Eastbound traffic on the Bay Bridge near San Francisco was backed up by a car fire in a lane on the bridge, KTVU has confirmed. 

Three lanes of eastbound traffic on Interstate 80 were blocked at 2:30, but as of 3:45 cars had begun moving, with some residual delays.
