Crash slows traffic on Richmond-San Rafael Bridge
A car and Caltrans vehicle crashed, snarling the morning commute Tuesday.
The crash was reported at 5:40 a.m.
The crash occurred on Eastbound 580 along the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge. One lane is blocked.
Traffic is slow leaving San Rafael, heading toward the East Bay.
