Department of Homeland Security makes arrest in Moraga

MORAGA, Calif. - The Department of Homeland Security conducted an operation in Moraga on Wednesday night, taking one person into custody. 

Neighbors said dozens of vehicles descended on the 700 block of Camino Ricardo in a residential neighborhood.

A spokesperson for DHS investigations confirmed to KTVU on Thursday that one person was taken into custody but would not say what the operation was about.
