PITTSBURG, Calif. (KTVU) - Burlina was surrendered to Umbrella of Hope in a birdcage.
Most of her teeth were removed because of disease and neglect and she was left blind because of untreated cataracts.
According to Umbrella of Hope, despite the neglect, Burlina is a gentle, loving dog. She is still able to eat food just fine, and she gets around with the help of a Muffin Halo to prevent her from bumping into walls.
She loves to cuddle and is looking for a forever home.
