Driver slams SUV into San Jose restaurant

SAN JOSE, Calif. - The driver of an SUV slammed into a restaurant in San Jose on Tuesday morning.

A witness said they saw the driver speeding before the white car crashed into the corner of Mariscos Costa Alegre on Alum Rock Road.
