OAKLAND, Calif. - Former Alameda County District Attorney Pamela Price's phone records could soon be inspected in court.
A judge is expected to grant access to phone records in a case accusing the former DA of political extortion, according to the East Bay Times.
The public defender's office is seeking those records, alleging Price pushed for a stronger sentence, after a client's attorney wouldn't work against the recall attempt against Price.
KTVU reached out to Price to try and get a comment.
