Fight at San Leandro middle school prompts police response

SAN LEANDRO, Calif. - San Leandro police responded to a fight at a middle school Monday afternoon.

According to the San Leandro Police Department, the altercation involved students at Washington Manor Middle School, located at 1170 Fargo Avenue.

The fight prompted a large police response, the department said.

Police said there was no threat to students or staff.
