Fire breaks out at San Francisco home

Firefighters responded to a house fire in San Francisco on Friday.

Firefighters responded to a fire at a vacant home in San Francisco's Outer Mission neighborhood on Friday.

The San Francisco Fire Department said 70 fighters were dispatched to the two-alarm fire at 109 Lowell Street, which broke out around 4:19 p.m.

The blaze was contained at 5 p.m.

Authorities said the fire damage was limited to the two-story home and a neighboring multifamily dwelling that sustained damage to its exterior. 

No injuries were reported. 

Investigators have not determined a possible cause of the fire.
