OAKLAND, Calif. - Oakland Fire is responding to a fire, where a large tower of dark smoke is visible.
Oakland Fire says it's responding to a single fire at a lithium battery plant by the Port of Oakland near Seventh Street.
As of 3:30 p.m., two engines have responded.
The fire was under control after around an hour and was fully extinguished at 4:30 p.m.
No injuries have been reported at this time.
