Fitness expert with KTVU's Ross Palombo on staying in shape for the new year

 OAKLAND, Calif. (KTVU) -- Staying in shape, exercising and losing weight are common resolutions for the new year.

To help people keep their 2016 resolution, fitness expert Andrew Duffy, of "thriveSF Fitness" came to our studio Saturday morning, and put anchor Ross Palombo through a workout.

Tips included proper techniques for squats and push-ups.
