Human remains discovered at San Bruno Mountain

Authorities are looking into the discovery of remains found in San Bruno.

SAN BRUNO, Calif. (KTVU) - Detectives have launched an investigation into the discovery of human remains found at San Bruno Mountain.

Authorities said bones were found by a San Mateo County Parks crew on Tuesday and appear to have been there for some time.

The San Mateo County sheriff's crime lab is looking into the identity of the remains and how the person died.
