KTVU's Mark Ibanez sits down with Raiders head coach Jack Del Rio

OAKLAND, Calif. (KTVU) - Coming off a 12-4 2016 season, the Raiders finished the 2017 preseason without a win, though head coach Jack Del Rio said they've grown and each year a notable lesson can be identified.

Del Rio notes year one was bout learning to compete. The team discovered how to play tough and perform as a unit. And for last season, Del Rio said they learned how to win and, despite the defense that's lacking noticeable improvement, he expects similar results.
