Major recall for more vehicles that have Takata airbags
LOS ANGELES, Calif. (FOX 11) - A major recall was announced on Friday for another 1.7 million vehicles that have Takata airbags.
Luxury cars are among vehicles being recalled, including Tesla, BMW, Mercedes, and Ferrari.
Officials say the airbags have a high risk of exploding. Nearly two dozen people have died worldwide and hundreds more injured.
In total, about 37 million vehicles are affected.
