2 injured after car plows into San Francisco bar

A car crashed into a San Francisco bar Tuesday afternoon, sending two people to the hospital.

A car crashed into a San Francisco bar on Tuesday afternoon, sending two people to the hospital. 

Just after 3 p.m., authorities say a car crashed into the Miraloma Club along the 700 block of Portola Drive. 

The San Francisco Fire Department said two people were taken to the hospital, one suffering major injuries.

San Francisco's Papenhausen Hardware to close after 88 years

A legacy San Francisco business that has been around since 1936 is going out of business.

The two people injured were inside the bar when the car crash occurred, fire officials said.

A third person, the driver, did not want to be taken to the hospital, the fire department said. 

San Francisco police and fire officials did not say what caused the crash, though the incident is now under investigation.
