Steps to prioritizing mental health in 2024

Stress is an inescapable part of life that many deal with routinely. 

Issues like work, health, and money are among the top worries for Americans, and there are certain cities where it's tougher for people to manage stress based on findings in a recent survey by WalletHub

The personal finance company created a report ranking the most and least stressed cities in the U.S.

Data was collected by comparing 182 cities assessing four categories: work stress,  financial stress, family stress, and health and safety stress. 

The team then examined 39 metrics coupled with those specific categories and graded them on a 100-point scale, with a score of 100 representing the highest stress levels.
