Napa resident dies of coronavirus; second such death in county

The Napa County Public Health Department on Friday reported the second confirmed death of a Napa resident because of COVID-19.  

The person died on Thursday, and the health department was notified on Friday.

The  adult patient was being treated at a hospital in another county. No other information was released. 

As of Thursday, there were 9,191 positive cases and 203 deaths in California.
