Oakland Marriott hotel workers reach agreement; SF strike continues

Oakland Marriott hotel workers returned to work Saturday after reaching an agreement on Friday to end their strike.
The strike started at the downtown Oakland Marriott about a month ago. Friday night, union workers represented by Unite Here local 2850 ratified a labor deal.
Details about the agreement have not been disclosed.
In a press release, the union said the workers are very happy with the deal, but will continue to support the striking workers in San Francisco and San Jose.
