Oakland police investigating homicide at Carmen Flores park
OAKLAND, Calif. - Oakland police are investigating a homicide Sunday afternoon at Carmen Flores Park in the 1600 block of Fruitvale Avenue, a police lieutenant said.
The incident was reported about 3:30 p.m. Police released little information about the killing late Sunday afternoon, saying the investigation was in its earliest stages.
