Oakland sideshow draws hundreds

OAKLAND, Calif. - A sideshow in Oakland over the weekend involving at least 100 people was caught on video.

The sideshow happened about 1:30 pm Sunday morning at the HIgh Street undercrossing off the Nimitz Freeway.

The video was posted on social media.

Witnesses say cars were lined up on East 14th from High Street to 98th Avenue.

The California Highway Patrol says they did not respond to the sideshow. No reason was given.
