Deadly crash on Highway 4
There's been a deadly crash on Highway 4 in Martinez.
MARTINEZ, Calif. - The California Highway Patrol is investigating a crash on Highway 4 in Martinez that left one person dead.
It happened around 9:20 p.m. Thursday in the westbound lanes, just east of the Alhambra Blvd exit.
Officers say one car veered across all lanes and went off the roadway.
It's unclear whether the wet road conditions were a factor in the deadly crash.
