Police find Oakland woman, 36

OAKLAND, Calif. - Oakland police on Tuesday said they found a missing 36-year-old woman who was at risk because of her mental health. 

Alice Schwencke of Oakland was declared missing Monday but was safely found within 24 hours. 

Police did not give any more details.
