Police: Handcuffed suspect escaped police vehicle in Oakland
A handcuffed suspect escaped from a police vehicle at Highland Hospital in Oakland on Friday afternoon, according to the Oakland Police Department.
The escape in the 1400 block of East 31st Street took place at about 2 p.m. and police were still searching for the suspect after 4 p.m.
No details related to the suspect have been released.
