Police investigate threats made against Noe Valley building

SAN FRANCISCO (BCN) Police in San Francisco are seeking an unknown female caller who has called the same Noe Valley building twice this week to report a fake bomb, according to police.

On Wednesday, the caller allegedly left a voicemail for someone in the 100 block of Fair Oaks Street, threatening to blow up the building they were in, police said.

Then on Thursday, around 9:15 a.m., the same caller again made similar threats on the victim's voicemail, according to police.

The victim immediately notified police and officers responded and evacuated the area. With the help of a bomb-sniffing dog, officers determined there was not a bomb in the area, police said.

The Adda Clevenger School, a private academy for children between kindergarten and eighth grade, is located at 180 Fair Oaks St. School officials and police would not say whether the threats were made against the school.

No arrest has been made and police are continuing to seek the caller who made the threats.
