Power outage in Orinda affects BART

ORINDA, Calif. - A power outage affecting about 2,000 PG&E customers was reported Thursday morning in Orinda.

BART trains were not running from the Rockridge station in Oakland to Orinda, because of the outage. 

BART officials said they requested a bus bridge until they could resume normal service. 

It's unclear what caused the power outage.
