Raising Cane's opening in Hayward

Raising Cane's is opening in Hayward. This will be the second restaurant in the Bay Area.

HAYWARD, Calif. - Fried chicken lovers rejoice.

On Monday, Raising Cane's is opening a new restaurant location in Hayward on Harder Road near Mission Boulevard.

Twenty lucky customers will be selected for a drawing to win free Cane's chicken for a year.

This will be Raising Cane's second Bay Area restaurant.

The first opened in Oakland about two years ago.
