San Francisco weather: Meteorologists predict Christmas surprise
OAKLAND, Calif. - It's been raining off and on throughout the weekend. And more rain is expected this week.
But meteorologists have a present in store for Christmas Day.
No rain.
"It will be dry on Christmas Day," KTVU meteorologist Roberta Gonzalez said on Monday morning.
Monday's weather will be mostly cloudy with random showers.
The National Weather Service said late Monday night and early Tuesday will see scattered thunderstorms, lightning, increased flood potential, wind gusts to 50 mph, and hail.
Thursday should see some rain, too.
