Suspect wanted for robbery, assault with deadly weapon at San Jose 7-11 store.
SAN JOSE, Calif. (KTVU) - San Jose Police are looking for a man accused of stabbing a 7-11 store clerk in an assault and robbery back in February of this year.
Police say the unknown suspect entered the store at 1434 Whites Road and took a case of beer without paying for it. The clerk apparently chased the suspect outside the store where he was then confronted by several other suspects in the parking lot.
The suspects proceeded to kick the man before he was stabbed by the unidentified suspect.
The clerk suffered non-life-threatening injuries. The suspects re-entered the store and police says they stole several more items, before leaving in two separate vehicles, including a black 4-door sedan and a white 4-door sedan.
The suspect in a photo released by San Jose Police is described as a Hispanic male, 17-22 years old, clean shaven and has a piercing in his right ear. He wore black tennis shoes with a white shoe laces, a black Golden State Warriors hat with small dots on it, a black Adidas brand jacket with white pin striping on the arms and a blue liner in the hood, and brown colored pants.
