San Pablo man arrested at Plaza BART for firearms violations

EL CERRITO, Calif. - A 51-year-old San Pablo man was arrested on weapons violations Saturday night at the El Cerrito Plaza BART station.
Moishe Harris was taken into custody just after 10 p.m. and booked at Santa Rita Jail for receiving stolen property, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, carrying a loaded firearm and not the registered owner, and a parole violation.
