SAUSALITO, Calif. (KTVU) -- A gas station in Sausalito is charging nearly 8 dollars for a gallon of gas!
KTVU asked the owner of Bridgeway Gas why the prices are so high.
"Sausalito has a lot of complainers," said David Mann.
"People would complain about a 2 to 3 cent difference with other stations, so I raised the gas prices to almost 8 dollars to shut up the complainers. And it worked. They stopped complaining."
This photo was taken on Thursday, but by Friday morning, the price had gone down to $4.97 per gallon.
