Six Flags Discovery Kingdom unveils new ride

VALLEJO, Calif. (KTVU) - Six Flags Discovery Kingdom is unveiling a new attraction this holiday weekend.

The Wonder Woman Lasso of Truth will open on Sunday. It is a pendulum-style ride that spins around. It propels riders at nearly 70 miles per hour an and nearly 150 feet in the air. 

KTVU's Christien Kafton took a ride on it this morning and said the ride is awesome and "ride enthusiasts are going to love it, and I'm predicting some long lines this Memorial Day Weekend".
