Small plane crashes outside Novato

NOVATO, Calif. - The Marin County Sheriff's Office reported a minor plane crash at Gnoss Field outside of Novato on Monday morning that shut down at least one runway.
The Federal Aviation Administration said a single-engine American Champion ran off the end of the runway about 11 a.m.
No injuries were reported, but a sheriff's spokesman said it appeared as though a propeller was damaged.
