Some drizzle in the Bay Area to kick off the weekend

The Bay Area will receive some drizzle and light rain on Friday.

KTVU Fox 2 meteorologist Steve Paulson says rain could also fall later this weekend, particularly on Sunday.

The drizzling on Friday should be stronger in the North Bay.

The coast is also under a high surf advisory until 4 a.m. Saturday.

The National Weather Service says a westerly swell could bring waves and surf between 13 to 16 feet.
