Tesla drops federal lawsuit against Alameda County

FREMONT, Calif. - Tesla has dropped its federal lawsuit against Alameda County over reopening its electric car factory in Fremont.
Tesla started bringing workers back more than a week ago, defying county health orders.
Then, Tesla sued Alameda county and threatened to move its headquarters out of California.
The two sides worked out a deal, allowing Tesla to reopen on Monday with social distancing to protect employees.
