NAPA, Calif. - A vegetation fire ignited in Napa County Wednesday morning, fire officials said.
According to Cal Fire's Sonoma-Lake-Napa Unit, the fire, named the Capell Fire, started in the 1900 block of Capell Valley Road.
Firefighters successfully halted the advancement of the Capell Fire when it reached a size of 1.3 acres.
Cal Fire requested additional resources to aid in the efforts, and those units will remain at the scene until the mop-up work is finished.
