BAY AREA (KTVU) - Cellular service may have been out for thousands of Bay Area Verizon Wireless customers Wednesday, but that didn't stop them from taking to social media to vent their frustrations.
Some Tweets even indicated Verizon customers are considering switching to rival carrier T-Mobile.
Before Verizon had a chance to respond to that user, T-Mobile seized the opportunity, sending the Verizon customer an invitation to sign up for T-Mobile service just five minutes later.
