OAKLAND, Calif. - A restaurant in Oakland was targeted twice by two men who attempted to break in.
Security video shows two men with a white van trying to enter Thanh Ky Restaurant on East 12th Street and 7th Avenue in Oakland's Little Saigon neighborhood.
Both attempted break-ins took place a week apart.
The owner's son said nothing was taken, but there was major damage to the water pipes and walls.
