Officers were called to the area Sunday morning after receiving multiple reports of a man threatening to kill a woman near the Manzanita Recreation Center.

The DOJ said the suspects allegedly stole about $1.3 million from at least 26 victims from Oregon, Washington, Idaho and California

San Jose police on Wednesday identified an armed robbery suspect who officers shot and killed after fleeing from authorities into an unaware family’s home this week – and the father who lived there detailed the scary experience in his first public comments since the high-profile shootout. 

The suspect was arrested and booked into jail on two counts of murder and two counts of arson causing injury, and his bail was set at $2.5 million.

The video appears to show the suspect taking a makeshift spear in hand and moving threateningly toward the officers just before the shooting.

Mistah F.A.B. – whose legal name is Stanley Cox – was booked into the Santa Rita Jail on suspicion of possessing fireworks and receiving stolen property.

Brown sought medical treatment after the reported assault, though the extent of her injuries were not clear.

An immigration and criminal defense said the confrontation could be grounds for a civil rights lawsuit.

The National Weather Service issued a tsunami threat warning, but said there was no threat to any California communities.
